Rainmeter 4.5 or newer: Download

Installation Instructions
- Install rainmeter
- Download the latest release from this guy's site here
- Open the .rmskin package
- Leave the installation settings default, and press install
You'll need powershell and some experience with CLI prompts. It's all explained in detail
here so I'm not going to paste it here(seethe).
After all that is done your start screen should look something like this(or maybe not, depending upon how
you want it to look).
